Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager – Bengaluru to drive business development, dealer network expansion and project sales across Bengaluru and Karnataka.
The ideal candidate should have strong relationships with architects, interior designers, electrical consultants, MEP consultants, contractors, system integrators, furniture companies, dealers and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies for Bengaluru and Karnataka.
Generate recent business through project sales, dealer development and direct corporate sales.




Build and maintain relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, project managers and furniture manufacturers.
Identify upcoming commercial, corporate, hospitality, airport and infrastructure projects.
Get Connect System products specified and approved with architects, consultants and project stakeholders.
Develop and manage authorized dealers and channel partners.
Conduct product presentations, meetings and technical discussions with clients and consultants.
Generate leads, follow up on enquiries and convert opportunities into orders.
Prepare quotations and coordinate with the internal sales and technical teams.
Track projects from enquiry and specification through to order and execution.
Maintain accurate sales activities, project information and customer interactions in CRM.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Monitor market trends, competitors and new business opportunities.
