Role Description This is a full time, on-site Real Estate Salesperson role based in Bengaluru. The Real Estate Salesperson will engage with prospective buyers, understand their requirements, and present suitable luxury residential and investment properties. Daily responsibilities include conducting property tours, coordinating with builders and developers, managing inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of leads and deals in CRM tools. The role involves advising clients on market trends, pricing,



and investment potential, as well as supporting them through the entire transaction process from initial contact to closure. The Real Estate Salesperson will collaborate with the advisory team to deliver a zero-brokerage, high-trust experience and meet individual and team sales targets.
Qualifications

Strong customer service skills with a focus on client relationship management and consultative selling.
Knowledge of real estate markets and practices, including Real Estate and Real Property concepts.
Relevant Real Estate License or eligibility to obtain one, in line with local regulations.
Proven sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing transactions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
Familiarity with Bengaluru real estate market and comfort working with luxury properties is preferred.
