About the Role
The MDD Manager will be responsible for managing the team of operators, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and coordinating effectively with all relevant stakeholders. The role involves analysing recurring issues, identifying process gaps, and implementing corrective measures to improve service delivery. The manager will also coordinate with relevant divisions to ensure compliance with established timelines, maintain transparency, and enhance overall user satisfaction through continuous process improvement and automation initiatives.

Education
BE / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech / MS / MCA / MSc or equivalent

Experience
Minimum of 6 years of experience in data quality management and biometrics/forensics, with a focus on areas such as fingerprint analysis
Proven experience in leading and managing a team
Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a multi-disciplinary team workplace
Required knowledge of User Interfaces (UI), web portals, and relevant service tools




Experience managing multiple stakeholders
Knowledge of various biometric modalities, including fingerprint, iris, and facial recognition technology

Key Skills & Technical Expertise
Strong understanding of the Aadhaar ecosystem, Biometric Process Flow, and UIDAI service delivery mechanisms
Familiarity with various biometric modalities (fingerprint, iris, and facial recognition) and knowledge of biometric frauds
Knowledge of User Interfaces (UI), web portals, CRM systems, data analysis tools, and relevant service tools
Proficiency in producing MIS reports for regulatory compliance

Key Responsibilities
Report out performance metrics, dashboards, monthly updates, and issue progress to internal and client, business, and IT leaders as required
Manage MDD operators and MDD supervisors
Enable the conduct of audits whenever required
Ensure all SLA metrics are met as per agreed SLA norms
