Back Office – Service | Job Description

* Experience: 3–4 Years
* Location: Dombivli, Maharashtra

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle day-to-day service back-office operations and coordinate with service engineers and customers.
* Prepare and maintain service reports, job cards, service schedules, quotations, and AMC documentation.
* Coordinate with customers for DG service requirements, breakdown complaints, preventive maintenance,



and site visits.
* Schedule and coordinate service engineers/technicians for customer visits.
* Maintain records of customer complaints, service calls, pending jobs, and closure status.
* Follow up with service engineers for timely submission of service reports and job completion details.
* Prepare and maintain AMC schedules, renewal follow-ups, and service visit trackers.
* Coordinate with customers regarding AMC, spare parts, breakdown service, preventive maintenance, and payments.
* Prepare service quotations, AMC quotations, spare parts quotations, and invoices as required.
* Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Stores, Purchase, and Service teams for smooth service operations.
* Maintain customer-wise records of DG sets, service history, warranty, AMC, and breakdown details.
* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly service MIS reports.
* Track pending service complaints and ensure timely follow-up
