Salary & Career Growth
* During Internship (up to 6 months): ₹15,000 per month
* After Internship: ₹3,00,000 – ₹4,00,000 per annum CTC

Key Responsibilities – Training Operations
* Work closely with educational institutions to coordinate and execute training programs effectively.
* Manage trainers' workload and streamline day-to-day training operations.
* Communicate effectively with colleges, trainers, and management.
* Ensure the availability and proper allocation of training resources.
* Coordinate with internal and freelance trainers to ensure the smooth execution of training programs.
* Ensure all training programs are delivered on time, within the defined scope, and within the allocated budget.
* Monitor training operations and report or escalate issues to management whenever required.
* Create, maintain,



and update comprehensive training program documentation.
* Identify and hire suitable Full-Time Trainers to support the seamless execution of training programs.
* Identify and hire suitable Freelance Trainers based on training requirements and program needs.
