We are looking for an experienced BDM with a solid track record in Staffing / Recruitment / IT Services to drive client acquisition and revenue growth across India & US markets .
Key Requirements:
- Strong experience in acquiring Indian & US staffing clients
- Proven sales & revenue achievement
- Experience with IT/Non-IT Staffing, Contract Staffing, RPO, or Workforce Solutions
- Strong client network & business development skills
- Knowledge of US staffing models (W2, C2C, 1099, Direct Hire) is a plus
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Naukri, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.
