? We’re Hiring: Software Test Engineer (Fresher)
Redanglo Private Limited is looking for a detail-oriented Software Test Engineer to join our development team.
This role is ideal for a fresher who has completed formal software testing training and wants to gain hands-on experience testing real-world, production-grade software applications while working closely with experienced developers.

What You’ll Work On
You will be involved in end-to-end testing of web-based business applications and ERP-style systems, including:
• Testing complete ERP workflows and interconnected modules
• Functional and regression testing of current features
• Testing forms, validations, calculations and business rules
• Testing user roles, permissions and access controls
• Verifying dashboards, reports and data accuracy
• Testing complex multi-step workflows and approval processes
• Identifying UI/UX inconsistencies and usability issues
• Testing APIs and system integrations where required
• Performing cross-browser and responsive testing
• Reproducing bugs and documenting them clearly for developers
• Retesting resolved issues and performing regression testing before releases
• Preparing test cases, test scenarios and test execution reports
What We’re Looking For
• Completed at least 6 months of training in Software Testing / QA
• Understanding of Manual Testing concepts
• Knowledge of SDLC and STLC
• Understanding of Functional, Regression, Integration, Smoke and System Testing
• Ability to write clear Test Cases and Test Scenarios
• Basic knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman will be an advantage
• Basic understanding of SQL will be an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and logical thinking
• Ability to understand complex workflows and identify edge cases
• Good communication and documentation skills
