As a Customer Response Executive, you will be responsible for responding to customer queries, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring customers receive clear, accurate, and timely updates.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer emails clearly and professionally.
Handle customer queries, complaints, service requests, and follow-ups.
Understand customer concerns and provide the appropriate information or next steps.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer cases.
Follow up on pending cases and keep customers updated.
Maintain accurate customer and case details in the CRM.
Escalate urgent or unresolved matters to the relevant team.
Follow established response timelines and service quality standards.

Qualifications
