AKD Advanced Materials is building a global advanced-materials platform from India, supplying critical, strategic and speciality metals to high-growth industries including Aerospace, Defence, Space & Launch, EV & Energy, Semiconductors, Medical, Advanced Mobility, Machining and Robotics .

Aluminium & Aerospace Grades – including 6061 / 7075

We are looking for a Sales Manager – Advanced Materials to become one of the first key sales members of AKD Advanced Materials and help build the commercial engine from the ground up.

This is a hunter + relationship-builder role for someone who can identify industrial requirements, approach decision-makers, understand material specifications, generate enquiries, negotiate commercial terms and close B2B orders.

Build and manage a strong B2B customer pipeline across India and international markets.

Develop business across Aerospace, Defence, Space, EV, Energy, Semiconductors, Medical,



Engineering and Advanced Manufacturing.

Coordinate with sourcing, technical and operations teams to develop competitive quotations.

Drive the complete sales cycle — prospecting → enquiry → quotation → negotiation → closure → repeat business .

Build long-term relationships with procurement heads, CXOs, plant heads and technical teams.

Maintain CRM/pipeline discipline and provide accurate sales forecasts.

Develop new accounts while expanding existing customer relationships.

Minimum years of experience in B2B industrial sales, metals, materials, engineering, manufacturing, industrial procurement, commodities or technical products .

Strong sales and business-development mindset with proven ability to acquire new customers.

Positive communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Ability to understand technical product specifications and commercial requirements.
