We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Sales Director to lead current business acquisition, drive revenue growth, and expand market presence. Reporting directly to senior leadership, this is a hunter-focused role responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities across consulting, transformation, outsourcing, and professional services sectors.
The successful candidate will build a strong sales pipeline, engage with senior stakeholders, and convert opportunities into long-term client relationships.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to contract closure.
Generate business through networking, referrals, partnerships, and industry events.
Client & Stakeholder Management
Build relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers.
Develop trusted advisor relationships to drive long-term partnerships.
