The company focuses primarily on the design, manufacture, supply, and installation of permanent fall arrest systems and related safety systems . We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead and expand our business in the Delhi NCR region . The ideal candidate should have robust experience in safety lifeline systems, fall protection solutions, industrial safety products , with a proven track record in B2B sales and team management.

Drive regional sales growth and achieve assigned revenue targets

· Develop and execute strategic sales plans for Delhi & surrounding markets.





· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and channel partners

· Lead, mentor, and manage the regional sales team.

· Coordinate with internal teams (projects, design, operations) for smooth execution

· Minimum 5+ years of experience in industrial/safety product sales

· Proven track record of achieving sales targets in B2B environment

· Ability to handle large accounts and key clients

· Willingness to travel across Delhi NCR and nearby regions (PAN INDIA)
