Apollo Global Workforce Development (GWD) is Apollo's global healthcare workforce initiative, connecting nurses, doctors, and allied health professionals to career opportunities across India and 9+ countries worldwide. GWD combines skilling, certification, and licensing support with end-to-end recruitment and deployment services for hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centres, both domestically and internationally.

The incumbent is responsible for acquiring the new clients and in building robust relationships with healthcare institutions worldwide. He/she is also responsible to lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to proposal development, contract negotiation and compliance with applicable laws and regulations in all business activities and mitigate risks associated with cross-border operations.

Market Research and Analysis:

Ø Conduct thorough market research to identify potential growth areas, understand market dynamics, and assess demand for nursing services globally. Analyze data on healthcare systems, nurse shortages,



and regulatory requirements in different countries.

Strategic Planning and Expansion:

Ø Develop a strategic business plan for expanding our organization’s reach. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

Build strong relationships with healthcare institutions, government bodies, and other stakeholders. Partnership Development:

Ø Forge strategic partnerships with international nursing associations, recruitment agencies, and educational institutions. Collaborate on initiatives such as nurse training programs, skill development, and knowledge exchange.

Brand Building and Marketing:

Ø Enhance our brand visibility through targeted marketing campaigns, participation in industry events, and thought leadership. Sales and Revenue Generation:

Ø Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to proposal development and contract negotiation.
