Mumbai | Full-time | 2-3 years experience

Are you a Graphic Designer who can also write?

We are looking for a creative professional to join OSCAR Foundation's Communications team. This is primarily a graphic design role, with some copywriting and content responsibilities.

What you'll do:

Create social media creatives, campaign assets, presentations, reports, brochures, pitch decks and other communication materials

Turn ideas and information into strong visual stories

Develop layouts, infographics, illustrations and other creative assets

Maintain consistency across OSCAR Foundation's visual identity

Write short, clear and engaging copy for social media, campaigns and communication materials

Adapt content for different platforms and audiences

Work with internal teams, vendors and website partners to deliver creative projects

Manage multiple design requirements while meeting deadlines

What we're looking for:

~2-3 years of experience in graphic design,



visual communication or a similar creative role

~ Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent graphic design skills

~ Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign

~ Working knowledge of Canva

~ Valuable understanding of typography, layouts, colour, visual hierarchy and branding

~ Ability to write and edit simple, engaging English copy

~ Strong visual storytelling skills

~ Experience creating content for social media is a plus

~ Video editing skills will be an advantage

~ Fluency in English and Hindi

The ideal candidate:

Someone who thinks like a designer first but is comfortable picking up a brief, writing a caption or headline and turning the idea into a compelling visual.
