Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Engineering and AI located in Bengaluru South. The role involves leading the engineering team to design, build, and maintain Zenalyst’s AI-driven platform. Responsibilities include overseeing the architecture of scalable and efficient systems,



managing the integration of AI models and automation workflows, and ensuring high-quality, secure, and performant software engineering practices. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and strategic technology solutions and mentor a team of engineers to foster technical excellence.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in AI and Machine Learning, including experience deploying ML models in production.
Proficiency in software architecture, backend development, and scalable system design.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
Excellent coding skills in programming languages like Python, Java, or Go, with an emphasis on clean, maintainable code.
Experience with data engineering, including ETL pipelines and working with complex datasets.
