Qualification: Bcom and CMA or Inter-CMA

Experience: two to ten years

Role Overview:

The role provides critical support to the Cost & Management Accounting function, focusing on accurate cost tracking, analysis, and reporting to aid financial planning, control, and decision-making. The candidate will work closely with finance and operational teams to ensure reliable cost data and contribute to improving financial transparency and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparation and analysis of product costing, standard cost updates , and variance analysis

Support monthly and quarterly closing activities related to cost accounting

Help in compiling and maintaining cost allocation reports for different cost centers and production lines





Collect and analyze data for overhead absorption, WIP valuation , and inventory costing

Coordinate with operations and procurement teams to ensure accurate cost inputs

Assist in developing cost control measures , identifying inefficiencies, and recommending improvements

Participate in the preparation of internal management reports and dashboards

Support internal and external audit requirements related to cost records

Help ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies and internal controls
