As we enter our next phase of growth, we are building a high-impact Founder’s Office to work directly with the founders on strategic, cross-functional, and transformational initiatives that shape the future of the group.

This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role for individuals with exceptional academic credentials and a proven ability to conceptualize, structure, and execute complex initiatives at speed.

You will work directly with the Founders , acting as a force multiplier , driving critical projects across strategy, operations, technology, GTM, transformation, and governance .



Strategy & Business Transformation

Drive enterprise-level transformation initiatives across operations, supply chain, sales, digital, and finance

Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and outcomes with extreme execution discipline

Ensure speed without compromising quality; Prepare crisp, data-backed updates for leadership and board-level discussions

Technology & Data Enablement (Hygiene Factor)

Drive adoption of dashboards, MIS, process automation, and digital workflows

Translate business problems into tech-enabled solutions (hands-on coding not mandatory, clarity of thinking is

Outstanding academic background (IITs, IIMs, Tier-1 global or Indian institutions strongly preferred)
