The Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar. This position manages the CEO’s calendar and daily schedule, coordinates meetings, prepares agendas, and ensures timely follow-up on decisions and action items. The role includes handling correspondence, drafting and formatting documents and presentations, organizing travel and accommodation, and preparing accurate expense reports.

The Executive Assistant supports smooth executive operations by maintaining organized files, prioritizing requests, and acting as a professional point of contact between the CEO and internal or external stakeholders.



Candidates should possess strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills to manage office operations and executive workflows.

Candidates should possess Executive Support and Diary Management skills to handle scheduling, meeting coordination, and executive communications.

Candidates should possess proficiency in preparing and reconciling Expense Reports to support accurate financial tracking.

High level of discretion, reliability, and attention to detail, with solid organizational and time-management abilities.
