Job Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Real Estate Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their property requirements, providing relevant property information, and scheduling site visits.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to convert leads into successful site visits.
Key Responsibilities
Contact potential customers through inbound and outbound calls.
Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and other sources.
Understand customer requirements such as budget, preferred location, property type, and configuration.
Provide relevant information about apartments, villas, plots, and other real estate properties.
Explain project features, pricing, location advantages, and available offers.
Schedule and coordinate property site visits with interested customers.
Maintain accurate customer information and call records in the CRM.




Regularly follow up with prospective customers until conversion.
Coordinate with the sales team for qualified leads and site visits.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead conversion targets.
Maintain solid relationships with potential buyers and customers.
Required Skills
Excellent communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi.
Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
Good knowledge of customer handling and follow-up processes.
Ability to understand customer property requirements.
Basic knowledge of real estate sales is preferred.
Familiarity with Excel sheet will be an added advantage.
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Qualifications
Any Graduate or Intermediate qualification.
