Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive/Manager to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, build solid client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have experience in selling advertising, branding, digital marketing, or creative services and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills

.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and industry event

Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into long-term client

Understand client marketing objectives and recommend suitable advertising and digital marketing solution

Prepare compelling presentations, proposals, and pitch deck

Conduct client meetings and presentations, both virtual and in perso

Collaborate with the creative, strategy, and client servicing teams to develop customized marketing solution





Negotiate commercial terms and close business deal

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and upselling opportunitie

Track sales activities using CRM software and maintain accurate sales report

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging advertising technologie

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales target

Required Qualifications

~ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, or a related fields

~2–6 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, preferably in an advertising, digital marketing, branding, or media agencies

~ Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, advertising, and creative services

~ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

~ Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships

~ Self-motivated, targe
