About the Role Reporting To: National Sales Head / Business Head Team Size: 3 Sales Executives

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategy for Hyderabad region

Recruit, train and manage team of 3 Sales Executives

Drive primary & secondary sales targets

Appoint distributors, dealers and institutional clients

Expand presence in:

Premium Retail Stores

Up-to-date Trade

Gyms & Fitness Centers

Hospitals & Clinics

Cafes & Restaurants

Corporate Offices

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Monitor team performance and field productivity

Conduct joint market visits with team members

Handle key accounts and institutional sales

Ensure timely collections and credit control

Submit weekly sales reports and market feedback

Requirements





~5–10 years FMCG / Beverage / Packaged Water / HORECA experience

~ Preferred: Prior ASM / Area Manager experience

~ Graduate in any stream

~ Must have handled team previously

~ Strong distributor network in Hyderabad preferred

~ Experience in premium product selling

~ Good communication and negotiation skills (Local and English)

~ Two-wheeler mandatory

Must have strong HORECA and Packaged Drinking Water Distributorship Network

Must avoid candidates who are frequent jumpers in job

Budget Details

Fixed CTC: ₹6 – ₹8 LPA

Variable: TA DA
