Role Description
This is a full time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Gurugram. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities with contractors building a strong pipeline through market visits, lead generation, and direct outreach.
The role involves conducting client meetings and presentations, understanding customer requirements, and proposing suitable RIGR solutions that align with operational and commercial needs. The Business Development Executive will be resposible for adding new accounts, maintain accurate records of interactions and deals in CRM, and collaborate with operations and product teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
The role also includes tracking performance metrics, preparing reports for leadership, and providing feedback from the market to support pricing, partnerships, and expansion strategies.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to build and convert a qualified sales pipeline.




Candidates should possess skills in Account Management and Business relationship building to retain and grow existing clients.
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and effective presentation abilities.
Relevant experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in construction, equipment rental, logistics, or related industries.
Ability to work with targets, analyze sales data, and use CRM or sales enablement tools effectively.
Comfort with on-ground client visits across the region and familiarity with local market dynamics.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Robust negotiation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on ethical and inclusive business practices.
