Ceolla is a gender-neutral, dermatologist-endorsed premium bodycare brand built at the intersection of clinical-grade actives and sensorial luxury. We’re an early-stage, fast-moving D2C brand looking for a designer who can bring our science-meets-sensory positioning to life — across packaging, performance marketing, and social.
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who can move fluidly between beautiful, on-shelf packaging design and fast-turnaround, high-converting social/performance creatives. You’ll work closely with the founding team to translate brand strategy into visuals across every touchpoint — from a product carton to a Meta ad.
Design packaging and collateral (cartons, labels, inserts, outer packaging) that reflect Ceolla’s premium, dermocosmetic positioning
• Create scroll-stopping creatives for Instagram, social ads, and performance marketing campaigns (static + basic motion)
• Rapidly iterate on ad creatives based on performance data and A/B test learnings
• Design assets for brand campaigns, influencer collaborations, and content series (e.g.,
educational/derm content)
• Maintain and evolve brand visual identity guidelines across all channels
• Collaborate with founders on investor decks, brand decks, and other business collateral as needed
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced startup environment.
2–3 years of graphic design experience, ideally with a beauty, personal care, or D2C brand
•Solid portfolio demonstrating both packaging design and digital/performance marketing creatives
•Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); familiarity with Figma is a plus
•An eye for premium, minimal, sensorial aesthetics balanced with performance-driven design instincts
•Comfort working with data/performance feedback to refine creative direction
•Basic video editing / motion graphics skills (Reels, ad cuts) preferred
Comfortable shooting content on an iPhone (good eye for lighting and composition)
