This is not a traditional Call Center or BPO role . The position requires someone who can understand customer requirements, follow processes accurately, solve problems, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.

Fluent English communication skills - both written and spoken.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify even minor errors or inconsistencies.

Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.

Ability to learn new software, tools, and processes quickly.

Comfortable working night shifts .

Must be willing to work from our office . This is an office-based position and Work from Home/Remote work is not available .

Must be able to arrange own transportation , as transportation is not provided by the company .

Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with the team.

Candidates with knowledge or experience in website designing, UI/UX, graphic design, or web technologies will have an advantage.

Basic knowledge of design tools, SaaS platforms, online software, HTML/CSS, or website interfaces will be considered an added advantage.

Previous experience in customer success, customer support, e-commerce, SaaS, website-related services, or a similar role will be an advantage.
