Business Development Manager Location: Experience: 3-6 years

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive international business growth, generate qualified leads, engage with global clients, and convert opportunities into successful partnerships. The ideal candidate should come from a product-based company and have a strong track record of achieving sales/business development targets.

International Lead Generation: Identify and generate qualified B2B leads across international markets through LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, referrals, research, and other channels.

Client Engagement: Initiate conversations with international prospects, understand their business requirements, and present relevant products and solutions.

Sales & Deal Closure: Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to negotiations, commercial discussions, and successful deal closure.

Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual business development and revenue targets.

International Business Development:



Develop and maintain a strong pipeline across global markets and identify new opportunities for business expansion.

Build long-term relationships with clients and partners and identify opportunities for repeat business and upselling.

Market Research: Monitor international markets, competitors, customer requirements, and industry trends to identify new business opportunities.

CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate lead, opportunity, follow-up, and sales pipeline records and provide regular performance reports to management.

Required Skills & Experience

~3–6 years of experience in Business Development, International Sales, B2B Sales, or Partnerships.

~ Prior experience in a product-based technology company is strongly preferred.
