Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements.
- Conduct reference checks and background screening for potential candidates.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with candidate information and progress.




- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Strong knowledge of various sourcing techniques including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations in India.
