Key Responsibilities
Model Design and Standardization
- Lead the design, documentation, and continuous refinement of CanKids' NOP models including CCC, CHSU, HAH, and Care Centres
- Develop and update SOPs, policy documents, implementation roadmaps, manuals, and toolkits for national scale-up
- Ensure operational and technically sound NOP models for contextualized implementation

Government Integration and Advocacy
- Provide technical guidance to regional/state teams for implementation aligned with national goals
- Engage with state and central government health departments for program integration under NPCDCS, AB-PMJAY, and other public health missions
- Facilitate MoUs with state governments to align with CanKids' CCC roadmap
- Represent CanKids in relevant policy forums, government consultations, and national health platforms

Capacity Building and Training
- Design and deliver capacity building modules and trainings for internal teams, frontline workers, and government health staff
- Develop adult-learning-based training resources to ensure effective knowledge
