Key Responsibilities:
- Design Development: Create visually engaging graphics, layouts, and artwork for various digital and print mediums, including but not limited to websites, social media, brochures, banners, advertisements, presentations, and email campaigns.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with the brand's identity and guidelines, maintaining a cohesive visual language across all platforms.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to translate concepts into innovative visual designs that resonate with target audiences.
- Creative Problem-Solving: Use design principles to solve communication challenges effectively, ensuring designs meet project goals and client expectations.
- Iteration & Feedback: Receive and incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders, iterating on designs as necessary to improve outcomes.
- Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies to continually bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Time Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously,

Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-4 years of proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design styles and project types.
- Proficiency: Strong knowledge of design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
- Creativity: A creative thinker with a passion for visual storytelling and problem-solving through design.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail, ensuring that all design elements are accurate and polished.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts clearly.
