Job Purpose:
To collaborate across departments to enhance operational efficiency , standardize processes , and support business excellence initiatives . The incumbent will leverage data-driven insights , benchmarking , and continuous improvement methodologies to identify opportunities for improvement and help foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the organization.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Process Improvement & Standardization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to map and document existing business processes , identifying areas for streamlining and efficiency enhancement.
- Analyze process data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities .
- Support relevant departments in standardizing processes and procedures across the organization.

2. Data Analysis & Insights
- Collect and analyze data to support business excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Use data-driven insights to guide improvement opportunities and strategic decision-making.




- Conduct comparative analysis of KPIs and quality metrics against internal targets and industry benchmarks .

3. Benchmarking & Performance Gap Identification
- Gather data from internal and external sources , including industry reports, best practices, and performance metrics related to various management systems.
- Identify performance gaps and improvement areas by conducting benchmarking and best practice analysis .
- Prepare benchmarking reports and presentations for leadership and key stakeholders, with actionable recommendations.

4. Project Management & Execution
- Assist in planning and managing improvement projects , including developing project plans, monitoring milestones, and tracking progress.
- Report on project outcomes and impact to leadership and the Business Excellence function.

5. Culture Building & Innovation
- Drive a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and creative problem-solving across the organization.
