- Global Sales and Marketing Support Tech team supports Aon business units across geographies with research, analytics, marketing, proposal support and operational support to client delivery.
- Specializes in Data Warehousing and managing large data sets across multiple systems.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF ROLE:
- We are seeking to expand our Digital M&A; team with technology consultants who will work across a range of sectors.
- As a Manager in our team based in India, you'll advise clients globally across all sectors, supporting key transaction decision making.
- You will use your experience and apply your technical and soft skills across the transaction lifecycle right from pre-deal diligence, technology value creation, carve-outs & integrations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & WHAT THE DAY WILL LOOK LIKE
- Work on engagements that span the entire lifecycle of a transaction, from technology and product due-diligence, IT due diligence, technology value creation, carve-outs and integrations.
- Lead engagements and client interactions to effectively uncover material transaction risks and improvement opportunities.
