Key Deliverables:
- Manage the operations and stability of platform environments according to established best practices.
- Drive incidents to resolution during scheduled upgrades and tasks.
- Assist management with assigned projects and incident investigation resolutions.
- Identify continuous process and procedural improvements.
Role Responsibilities:
- Manage platform, SaaS, and component solutions with a focus on operational excellence.
- Work with relational database systems like MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, and Oracle RAC.
- Support multi-platform operating system environments (Windows and Linux) and help administer LDAP systems.
- Familiarize with ITIL standards, technologies (e.g., ServiceNow), and leverage scripting languages like Python, Perl, and Powershell.
