Key Deliverables:
- Manage software engineering teams focused on feature management and hotlist capabilities of FICO's decisioning platform.
- Oversee product development, taking ownership of the full development life-cycle, and drive recent initiatives for product improvement.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to understand Jira epics, break them down into stories, and plan the roadmap for product delivery.
- Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and strategic direction to team members, ensuring the team's performance and growth.

Role Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor geographically distributed development teams with hands-on experience in Java, Angular, AWS, Kubernetes, GitHub, and Microservices.
- Drive technical discussions and solutions, ensuring the team follows best practices in coding, agile frameworks, and software development life cycles.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, secure coding practices, and testing processes.
- Foster collaboration across departments to align product development with overall company strategy and execution.
