Key Deliverables:
- Design and develop backend modules of the feature management capability for FICO's decisioning platform.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, UX teams, and architects to align technical direction.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote code quality, security, and engineering best practices.
- Evaluate architecture and performance, ensuring scalability, stability, and interoperability.
Role Responsibilities:
- Hands-on backend development using Java 17, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
- Implement secure, RESTful and gRPC-based APIs; manage deployments via Docker and Kubernetes.
- Handle database integrations with MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Cassandra.
- Contribute to Agile development processes, performance tuning, and cloud-native deployments (AWS/GCP/Azure).
