What You'll Bring:
- Work with global customer's (North America, LATAM, EMEA, APAC regions) senior solution architects and product managers effectively in an agile development setting and navigate deep into technical problem space.
- In partnership with Product and Sales Management, formulate and execute strategies to exceed revenue objectives including pricing strategies based on customers.
- Participate in deep architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed for successful deployment.
- Interface with customer's key stakeholders (including C-Level) and evangelize the value proposition of TransUnion solutions.
- Contribute to building business cases and advocates for investment as needed, which includes partnering with Business Development, Product Management, Sales, and Product Engineering teams.
- Spend time with customers capturing VOC (Voice of Customer) and user feedback, applying design thinking principles to understand their problems and needs.
- Apply a commercial, user-centric mindset to build robust, market-back GTM strategies.
