The role:
Workday Absence Time functional Lead 'Required experience and skills:
- 5+ years experience with Workday Absence Time both hands on from a Strategic standpoint
- Excellent stakeholder management communication skills with a proven track record
- Global experience would be a nice to have ' Core 'Job Profile Summary
- The Workday Functional specialist provides global and local solutions to business problems and requirements outside of the country implementations.
- This role requires a good understanding of the organisation's strategy,



way of working and business architecture as well as an outside-in perspective.
- You will play a key role in designing, improving, and optimizing our Workday solutions based on a Global Footprint, where the employee experience is one of our key focus areas.

We are looking for you:
- If you have proven 4-6 years of experience in Workday implementation.
- If you have experience in multiple Workday modules: Workday Core HCM and Absence Time are a must have
- Workday Service Partner Certification or Customer Certification in HCM and Absence/or other modules
- If you have a strong functional understanding of HR Operations, processes, and data definitions.
- If you have experience as Functional Consultant in at least 2 full end-to-end Workday implementation in a multinational, complex environment.
- If you have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- If you have Business Analytical skills - ability to actively
