Key Deliverables:
- Lead a team of engineers to create next-generation analytic decisioning platform for FICO's software decision capabilities.
- Provide technical direction on high-volume, low-latency execution and ensure scalability and reliability of platform components.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and architects to define the architecture and business requirements.
- Coach and mentor engineers, ensuring adherence to best practices and guiding them through design and development.

Role Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical development and design of the software platform with a focus on simplicity, contemporary patterns, and cloud environments.
- Utilize domain-driven, event-driven, and microservice architectures to create scalable, maintainable solutions.
- Support production deployments, collaborate with QA engineers to design non-functional tests, and ensure software platform performance.
- Work across public cloud, private cloud, and on-premise deployments to provide solutions that align with FICO's business needs.
