- Gather, prioritize, and normalize requirements into an engineering backlog, aligning with business priorities.
- Manage the product backlog, ensuring balance between short-term and long-term goals.
- Collaborate with development teams to guide the product development process, providing feedback and clarifications.
- Facilitate cross-functional leadership to ensure alignment and coordination across departments, acting as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Role Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define user stories, feature specifications, and acceptance criteria.
- Own and manage the backlog, prioritize tasks, and monitor team productivity to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with ASM Leads and Engineering Managers on resource needs and skill set requirements.
- Facilitate scrum processes, manage dependencies, constraints, and impediments, ensuring smooth execution of deliverables.
