We are seeking a Financial Planning Analyst to join our agile finance team in India. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our financial planning and analysis functions, providing valuable insights to drive strategic decision-making.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making processes.
- Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to management.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and forecasts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and ensure accuracy in financial planning.
- Assist in budgeting and long-term financial planning activities.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics,



or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
- Advanced Excel skills, including the use of pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros.
- Familiarity with financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams and present findings.
