As a Principal Piping Engineer with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc.
Section Head is responsible for:

- Timely completion of design, requisitions, and engineering deliverables.

- Discipline, operation and efficiency of Discipline.

- Adherence to Dept. / Discipline Working Instructions and QMS Manual.

- Allocation of proper personnel to projects and proposals.

- Overview of work progress and work-hour usage.

- Staff recruitment, development, and administration.

- Working within company budgets

Discipline Management:

- Ensure that the Discipline s structure, competence, and resources are compatible with the Company s current and forecast needs.

- Ensure that work is carried out in a skilled manner, adequate in all respects, particularly in relation to safety, quality, and adherence to contractual obligations.

- Ensure that each Manager / Chief Engineer / Principal / Senior Engineer reporting to the Head is competent and briefed at all times on Company Policies and his specific duties / responsibilities.
