Role Description
VE Hospitality is looking for an enthusiastic and responsible Assistant Manager – Restaurant Operations to join our team in Panjim, Goa. The ideal candidate will assist in managing daily restaurant operations, maintaining service standards, coordinating with staff, and ensuring a smooth and positive guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
* Support and coordinate with the service and kitchen teams.
* Ensure high standards of guest service and customer satisfaction.
* Assist in staff coordination and daily task allocation.
* Monitor restaurant cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards.
* Handle guest queries and concerns professionally.
* Support inventory and operational activities.
* Assist the management team in maintaining smooth restaurant operations.
Qualifications
* Any Graduate; Hotel Management qualification preferred.
* 0–6 months of experience in a similar role.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
* Strong customer-service orientation.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
