Role Description This is a full time, on-site Personal Assistant role based in Noida. The Personal Assistant will support senior leaders with day-to-day administrative and organizational tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel and logistics.



The role involves preparing documents and presentations, handling correspondence and calls, maintaining records and files, and ensuring timely follow-up on key actions. The Personal Assistant will coordinate internal and external meetings, liaise with teams and partners, and help streamline the executive’s workload and priorities. The position requires discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, fashion-focused environment.
Qualifications

Strong Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills, including experience supporting senior leadership.
Excellent Communication abilities, with clear written and verbal communication and professional email and phone etiquette.
