Job Description
Role : Business Analyst
Location : PAN India
Years of experience needed – 6+ years
Technical Skills:
• Liaise with multiple stakeholders from the business and technical teams to drive projects from conceptualization to deployment
• Should be able to lead and facilitate requirement elicitation workshops to understand business need
• Document requirements to define business needs, model requirements and define business cases
• Identify and define use cases and develop user stories
• Develop data flow diagrams and use case diagrams
• Assist during effort estimation and prototyping
• Assess technical solutions and validate solution performance
• Work with testing team to ensure that test cases conform to user acceptance criteria
• Provide UAT guidance and support release activities
• Manage defects analysis and triage
• Good understanding of APIs and web components




• Well versed with development of native and hybrid mobile applications development
Process Skills:
• Should have experience of working on projects integrating business process, business rules, business data and technology
• Excellent communication skills, presentation skills and negotiation skills
• Must possess excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Valuable sense of multitasking, time management and interpersonal skills
Behavioral Skills:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A strong attention to detail and a feeling of ownership over the quality of the product
• The ability to advocate for best practices, great usability and exceptional quality
