*Role Overview*

We're looking for an Intelligent and Responsible Sales Head with experience in Jodhpur's handicraft furniture industry to lead and grow our sales team of amazingly talented women.

The role requires maturity, strong English, product knowledge, and the ability to manage clients independently.

*Responsibilities*

• Handle client calls, messages, requirements, and order discussions
• Help Clients in Product Selection and Customisation.
• Manage merchandising and product presentation.




• Convert inquiries to orders and coordinate with production team and ensure timely dispatch
• Ensure timely order updates and client follow-ups
• Maintain strong client relationships

*Requirements*
• Minimum 6 months experience in handicraft furniture sales/merchandising
• Knowledge of wood, metal, iron, and upholstery furniture
• Confident, well-spoken, and organised
• Robust English and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, artisan-led environment
