We are looking for a highly driven, target-oriented and execution-focused IT Recruiter / Technology Recruiter to support high-volume technology hiring at our client location in Bangalore.

? Experience
5+ years of experience in Technology / IT Recruitment

? Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple technology positions.
Handle a high volume of hiring requirements with a strong focus on speed and quality.
Source, screen, assess and shortlist relevant technology candidates.
Drive candidates through the complete recruitment lifecycle until successful closure.
Work extensively on contract staffing / contract hiring requirements.
Build strong market maps and maintain an active pipeline of relevant technology talent.
Conduct talent intelligence and competitor mapping to support hiring strategies.
Coordinate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders at the client location.
Ensure timely follow-ups and provide regular recruitment updates.
Meet the monthly hiring target of approximately 10 successful closures.

? Key Requirements




Proven experience in Technology / IT Recruitment.
Strong exposure to Contract Staffing / Contract Hiring is highly preferred.
Proven track record of handling multiple technology requirements simultaneously.
Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and other recruitment channels.
Robust market mapping and talent intelligence capabilities.
Demonstrated ability to close technology positions quickly and efficiently.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills.
Highly execution-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.
Candidates who can join immediately or at short notice will be preferred.
Candidates residing within Bangalore, will be highly preferred.
Candidates interested in working on a performance-driven, incentive-based model will be highly preferred.
