Graphic Designer

Fluidscapes Consultants is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 4-6 years of experience to join our team.

The role will involve creating impactful visual communication across digital platforms, social media, campaigns, presentations, branding and other creative requirements. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on multiple projects, interpreting creative briefs and delivering high-quality designs within timelines.

Key Responsibilities
Develop creative concepts and visual assets for social media, digital campaigns, presentations, websites and marketing collaterals.
Translate creative briefs and communication requirements into visually compelling designs.
Maintain consistency with brand guidelines, visual identity and design standards.
Collaborate with content, creative, campaign and consulting teams on integrated communication.
Adapt designs across different platforms, formats and communication requirements.
Work on multiple projects simultaneously while managing deadlines and priorities.




Incorporate feedback and deliver revisions within agreed timelines.
Contribute ideas during brainstorming and creative conceptualisation sessions.
Stay updated with design trends, digital formats and evolving visual communication practices.

Requirements
4-6 years of relevant experience in graphic design.
Robust proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
Working knowledge of Figma, Canva or similar design tools will be an advantage.
Strong understanding of typography, composition, colour, layout and visual hierarchy.
Strong conceptualisation and visual storytelling skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver under tight timelines.
A strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and quality of execution.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
