Working Mode / Days: Monday to Friday – Field Sales; Saturday – Weekly Review Meeting at the
Hyderabad office in Shivarampally

Working Hours: Business hours, with flexibility based on client meetings and travel

Compensation Range: Open / Competitive, based on experience and interview

Job Brief
We are looking for a Sales Manager (B2B) who loves to win recent business.
This is a sales hunter role . You will build new B2B client relationships across India , open new markets, and turn leads into strong business. The right person will already have a strong B2B network and know how to reach decision-makers.
You will sell professional garment and uniform solutions to businesses across different sectors. Travel is a key part of this role , and approved business travel expenses will be reimbursed.




The company currently has an ARR of ₹12 Cr and is strategically targeting ₹100 Cr over the next 5 years , creating a strong opportunity to contribute to and lead growth at scale.

Responsibilities
• Build and grow a strong pipeline of new B2B customers across India.
• Use your existing B2B network to open new business opportunities.
• Find and connect with key decision-makers across companies.
• Meet clients, understand their needs, and present the right garment or uniform solutions.
• Drive the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
• Develop new accounts and grow long-term client relationships.
• Identify opportunities across corporate uniforms, industrial workwear, security uniforms,
housekeeping uniforms, medical wear, and related products.
• Track sales targets, client meetings, leads, and business closures
