Job Description – Transaction Advisory Expert
Project: Project Management Unit (PMU) – Department of Tourism & Rajasthan Tourism Development Corporation (RTDC)
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
Experience: Minimum 5 Years
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Architecture/Planning/Commerce/Economics/Finance with MBA/Master's in Finance, Infrastructure, Management, Economics, Planning, or equivalent.
Role Overview
The Transaction Advisory Expert shall support the Department of Tourism and RTDC in planning, structuring, procurement, and implementation of tourism infrastructure projects through PPP, concession, lease, management contract, asset monetization, and other investment models.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct financial and commercial feasibility assessments of tourism infrastructure projects.
Develop financial models, business plans, revenue projections, CAPEX/OPEX estimates, and investment strategies.
Support project structuring under PPP, lease, concession, BOT, HAM, and other implementation models.
Prepare and review RFQ, RFP, EOI, bid documents, concession agreements,



lease agreements, and transaction documents.
Assist in bid process management, bid evaluation, negotiations, and transaction closure.
Identify tourism assets suitable for monetization and private sector participation.
Coordinate with government departments, investors, developers, consultants, and financial institutions.
Prepare DPR inputs, project reports, presentations, investment memoranda, and policy notes.
Support investor outreach, stakeholder consultations, and project monitoring activities.
Undertake market assessments, benchmarking studies, and sector analysis for tourism and hospitality projects.
Desired Experience
Experience in Transaction Advisory, PPP Projects, Project Finance, Asset Monetization, Infrastructure Advisory, Tourism Infrastructure, Hospitality Projects, Urban Infrastructure, Smart Cities, or Government PMU assignments.
