Role Description This is a full-time,



on-site role for an Experienced School Bus Driver based in Faridabad, serving Pathways School Gurgaon. The School Bus Driver will safely operate school buses on assigned routes, ensuring timely pick-up and drop-off of students and staff while complying with all traffic regulations and school transportation policies. Daily responsibilities include conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintaining cleanliness and basic upkeep of the vehicle, and monitoring student behavior to maintain a calm, respectful, and secure environment. The driver will communicate clearly with the transport coordinator, school administration, and parents as needed regarding schedules, delays, and incidents, and will respond appropriately to emergencies following established safety procedures. Additional duties may include supporting route planning, participating in regular safety trainings, and completing required logs and documentation.
