Role Description This is a full-time, on-site ICU role based at KIMS UAIMS Hospital in Sangli-Miraj and Kupwad. The role involves providing continuous critical care to ICU patients, including assessment, monitoring, and management of acute and complex medical conditions. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing patient histories, ordering and interpreting investigations,



coordinating treatment plans, and responding promptly to emergencies. The professional in this role collaborates closely with multidisciplinary teams, communicates with patients’ families, and ensures adherence to clinical protocols and infection control standards. The role also includes documentation of care, participation in clinical audits, and support for quality and safety initiatives within the ICU.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust Critical Care Medicine competencies, with the ability to manage critically ill patients and handle emergency situations effectively.
Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Medicine, including comprehensive clinical assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment planning.
