Role Description The Assistant Service Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Gurugram, responsible for supporting the management and coordination of after-sales and service operations for industrial and automotive sector clients.



This position involves overseeing service requests, scheduling and tracking service activities, and ensuring timely resolution of customer issues in alignment with company standards. The role includes maintaining service documentation, preparing reports, and assisting with performance monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives. The Assistant Service Manager collaborates with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to address technical and operational concerns, supports compliance with safety and quality guidelines, and contributes to customer satisfaction and retention. The role may also involve supporting training initiatives, helping implement new service processes, and providing regular updates to senior management.
