Role Description The Cluster Manager (Operation and Quality) is a full-time in office role based in Sambalpur,



responsible for overseeing the operational efficiency and quality standards of multiple renal care centers within the cluster. This role includes coordinating daily clinical and non-clinical operations, ensuring adherence to protocols, regulatory requirements, and patient safety guidelines. The Cluster Manager monitors service quality, patient experience, and resource utilization, and implements process improvements to enhance performance and outcomes. They collaborate with medical and administrative teams, manage staffing and training needs, and support budgeting, reporting, and compliance activities. The role also involves regular visits to centers within the cluster, resolving operational issues, and working closely with senior leadership to align cluster performance with organizational goals.
